METRO LUCENA ANCHOR STORE

ESCA Incorporated has provided the Construction Management services for the Metro Lucena Anchor Store in Lucena City. Owned by Vicsal Development Corporation, Metro Lucena Anchor Store is the second venture of the Metro Gaisano Group in Luzon (after Metro Legaspi, in Albay). The Store/Project is situated along ML Tagarao Street in Lucena City, with the Iyam River just behind and the picturesque Mt. Banahaw serving as a backdrop. It is less than a kilometer West of the City proper and is accessible by public transport.

Basically a four-storey plus 1-level basement structural steel and reinforced concrete structure, the building footprint is 50meters x 120 meters and total floor area is about 40,000 square meters including clerestory and roof deck. TheProject/Building amenities include among others: uninterrupted power supply, centralized air-conditioning and fire protectionsystems; closed circuit TV security and background music systems are also in place. Two elegantly finished escalators withan Atrium at the 3rd Floor Level marks as the centerpiece of the interior layout of the Store. Two freight elevators on theother hand provide transport of the goods thru the entire Building. While Ground to 3rd Floor levels is the department storearea, the Supermarket can also be found at the Ground Floor. The Basement houses the main warehouse and some support offices. Building Administration offices and employees canteen is at the 4th Floor; the bakeshop is at the roof deck.

MARBEL FIT MART MALL

To begin with… ESCA Incorporated handled the Structural and Civil Design and Project Management of Fit Mart Mall Building owned by Fit Mart Incorporated. The project is located in Koronadal City , South Cotabato . Developed in six (6) hectares of virgin agricultural land along the GenSanHighway with a building footprint of 80 meters x 250 meters or approximately 2 hectares and with a total floor area of 4.20 hectares. Among other mall features, the Department Store have a high-end Interior Design fire-out, a big supermarket, food court, four cinemas located at the second level, an amusement center with 28-bowling lanes and billiard area, two level multi-purpose hall and lots of spaces for tenants.
