As the trusted project management service provider of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) for the construction of their 9-level 35,500 square meter office building, ESCA ensured that sustainability, risk reduction, and climate adaptation were carefully considered.     

The HLURB building was constructed with a vision of reducing carbon footprint and energy consumption while providing comfortable and aesthetically appealing office to its users. It features sunshades and louver walls, a green roof, and a five-storey high garden atrium.
