ESCA Inc. designed a dual structural system for San Antonio Residences, a 40-storey building in Makati City. A dual system combines concrete moment resisting frames and concrete shear walls to resist earthquakes and strong wind. This system is the most economical and appropriate solution, given the building’s height.
